Document download link Atlassian Cloud not recognizing my registered email address

Hi
Following a post by Gary McGrath for a link to the document "Installation and Upgrade guide for Classic"
I clicked the link but received an error message page stating my email address does not have access to
I verified that I was logged into the forum and that the email listed matches my forum profile. Please advise or maybe someone could shoot me the document at dave@quickcomputers.com.
